What the pilot includes—and what it doesn’t.

TareStride is an early-stage returnables balance ledger. This page describes the founding offer available through the hosted enrollment link.

Founding-pilot enrollment

TareStride is offered by KLR WEB SOLUTIONS LLC. Enrollment and payment are handled on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. By enrolling, the customer purchases the setup described below and agrees to these pilot terms.

Founding offer

The displayed founding price is $299 for one-time setup, followed by $79 per month per location. One location means one shipping or dispatch facility with its own customer returnables ledger. Monthly billing begins only when the opening ledger is ready for use.

Included in setup

  • Cleanup of one existing customer/opening-balance spreadsheet.
  • Configuration of returnable types and replacement costs.
  • Preparation of opening balances for customer approval.
  • One 30-minute route-team onboarding session.

Working-pilot scope

The intended pilot covers bulk movements by customer and returnable type, recorded balances, aging, estimated replacement exposure, printable statements, and CSV export. Pilot timing, users, routes, and rollout details are confirmed during onboarding. Support requests sent to [email protected] receive a target first response within two business days; this is a target, not a guaranteed service level.

Not included

TareStride is not GPS, RFID, barcode, serialized-asset, route-planning, accounting, invoicing, or physical-custody software. A recorded outstanding unit is not proof that the unit is currently at a customer, lost, stolen, owed, or billable.

The public sample

The demo on the home page uses fictional information, keeps changes only in the current page, and resets on refresh. It is not a production account and should not be used for real operational data.

Purchasing terms

The hosted checkout charges the $299 setup fee. The $79 monthly charge is not collected until the opening ledger is prepared for use and the customer has confirmed the rollout. The setup fee is refundable until spreadsheet cleanup or onboarding work begins. After that work begins, it is non-refundable except where required by law or if TareStride cannot provide the agreed setup.

A monthly subscription may be canceled at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; partial-month refunds are not provided except where required by law.
